■Japanese Style Soy Garlic
It is a Japanese style sauce with the aroma of garlic and soy sauce and the flavor of kombucha (kelp tea). The soy sauce used is the same "Umakuchi Soy Sauce" used in Pietro Dressing Japanese Style Soy Sauce. Pietro's special order of this soy sauce is placed with a brewer in Kyushu. Homemade garlic oil and garlic chips are added to give the sauce a rich flavor. You can taste the umami in the sauce with Japanese ingredients such as white dashi, kelp tea, sesame seeds, and seaweed topping.
■Japanese Style Pepperoncino
It is a Japanese style peperoncino sauce with the spiciness of garlic and chili peppers and the aroma of bonito flakes. The spiciness is enhanced by homemade chili oil made by frying chili peppers, and the addition of homemade garlic oil and garlic chips give the sauce a rich flavor. The sauce's kakushiki tinged kombucha (kelp tea) and Japanese ingredients such as bonito flakes as toppings give the sauce a strong umami flavor.
