■How to use.
(1)Tuck in and insert the toes up to the tip.
※Fold them over and put the toes in up to the tips.
(2)Pull up to the ankle.
(3)Put the thumbs of both hands inside and pull up a little at a time, evenly.
※Pull up one leg at a time.
※Since the support is strong, pull up slowly and with care.
