Open outer lid, remove puff, and peel off inner lid seal. 2. Rotatable inner lid. Place finger on inner protrusion and rotate left or right to open or close. 3. With holes open, hold puff against opening and turn container upside down, shaking from side to side to dispense powder onto puff. Blend powder on puff onto skin. Freely adjust size of holes to control amount of dispensed powder. 4. After use, close holes properly by rotation.
