■Japanese Uruchi brown rice is roasted and ground into a powder. Use for baking bread, cookies, and other sweets.
When mixed with flour, it gives a rich and aromatic finish. Mix about 10% of the flour into the batter of deep-fried and tempura dishes for a savory finish. It can also be mixed into stews and other dishes, or mixed into milk or yogurt.
