■Otafuku Okonomi Sauce
A flavorful yakisoba noodle made with mild-tasting Otafuku Okonomi Sauce. Straight, medium-thick noodles with a firm texture made using our unique manufacturing process. The thick sauce is well absorbed by the noodles, and the texture is similar to fresh noodles. The mild sauce, jointly developed with Otafuku Sauce Co., Ltd. with the sweetness of fruits and vegetables, and the savory flavors of stir-fried sauce and vegetables have been added. Cabbage, a staple in yakisoba, is also used. An optional furikake (herb topping) made from aosa seaweed, dried bonito flakes, dried sardines, and mackerel flakes is also included.
■Asakusa Sauce
Asakusa-style yakisoba noodles with a rich flavor, featuring the sour and sweet taste of Worcestershire sauce and the aroma of stir-fried pork belly. The noodles are made with our original method to give them firmness and elasticity. The noodles have a moderate firmness, which allows them to be well mixed with the sauce. The Worcestershire sauce has a good balance of sourness and sweetness, and the aroma of stir-fried pork belly gives the sauce a refreshing aroma.
■Salt Kalbi Flavor
Salt kalbi (short rib)-flavored yakisoba noodles with the umami of beef rib meat and the refreshing sourness and flavor of Setouchi lemon juice. The noodles are made with our original method to give them firmness and elasticity. The noodles have just the right amount of firmness to allow the sauce to mix well with the noodles. This salty yakisoba sauce combines the umami of beef with the richness of garlic, the spiciness of black pepper, the refreshing acidity of Setouchi lemon juice, and the savory aroma of sesame. Ingredients are a combination of cabbage and beef ribs.
