Shinshu Miso Negi is made from naturally brewed miso produced in Nagano Prefecture at the Miasa Highland Fermentation Warehouse. The Miasa Highlands are surrounded by the Alps and is a cool area at an altitude of nearly 1,000 meters, making it the perfect environment for maturing miso. Seijo Ishii use Miasa Highland Fermentation Warehouse naturally brewed miso made with domestic soybeans, domestic rice, and domestic salt, and made with natural brewing, long term aging, and cold brewing. These flavorful senbei rice crackers made from 100% domestic rice are layered with a special mild yet umami and rich miso sauce and a dark soy sauce with a special aroma, giving them a deep flavor. They are also topped with dried negi (green onions) are sprinkled on the crackers to give them an elegant and nostalgic taste.

Hanamo salt is combined with the flavor of grilled sardines, bonito, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms to bake easy to eat rice crackers in a medium square size. This hanamo salt is sea salt made from 100% seawater from the Seto Inland Sea, produced in Okayama Prefecture. It is said to have a mild taste with concentrated umami ingredients derived from seaweed.
