For batter that's crispy and juicy like Chinese restaurant fried chicken. The water soluble batter envelops the ingredients and keeps the umami flavor. The flavor of soy sauce and garlic is effective. Recommended for chicken meat. Can also be used with seafood and vegetables.
■Weipa Garlic & Pepper Seasoned Flour (80g)
The flavor of Weipa, an all purpose Chinese seasoning with flavor, richness, and umami, has been arranged in karaage powder under the supervision of Hiroki Shogyo Co. The garlic based karaage powder is seasoned with pepper.
■Microwavable Garlic & Pepper Seasoned Flour (80g)
Simply dust chicken with flour and microwave for easy preparation of fried chicken. The stickiness of the batter recipe has been improved to make it even more fail proof. The garlic pepper flavor makes it delicious even when cold and can be served as a snack with drinks or as a side dish for lunch.
■Tenderizing Flour (100g)
This flour container papain, an enzyme contained in papaya, to soften and tenderize meat. This dusting type karaage powder can be used to make crispy batter and juicy fried meat. It is flavored with garlic, ginger, and soy sauce.
■Easy Panko (120g)
The seasoning, flour, and eggs are all in one, making the tedious task of breading easy. Simply dissolve in water, coat the ingredients, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and deep fry. The breadcrumbs will crisp up in a frying pan with only about 1 to 2cm of oil.
