■How to make the best Pyramid Tea Bags
1Pull out one tea bag and form it into a neat pyramid shape.
2. Pour freshly boiled water into a pre-warmed tea cup of your choice.
3Gently place the tea bag in the hot water, cover and let steep. Recommended steeping time is 2 minutes.
4Gently swirl the tea bag around in the cup and remove.
■How to make a good cup of leaf tea
1Pour boiling water into a teapot and teacups to thoroughly warm them.
2Put enough tea leaves for the number of cups in the pot and pour freshly boiled water into the pot.
3Cover the pot and let it steep slowly. Recommended steeping time is 3 minutes.
4Soak the tea leaves through a tea strainer and serve.
Approximate amount for one cup: 3g (1 teaspoon) of tea leaves to 150mL of boiling water.
