Sugakiya Cup Nagoya Station Famous Kishimen Fresh Type Noodles / Gifu Tanmen / Kujira Shokudo Supervised Soy Sauce Ramen
■Nagoya Station Famous Kishimen
A popular Nagoya meal with the aroma of bonito dashi! Cup Nagoya Station Famous Kishimen is a rare cup of raw type noodle. Made with 100% domestic wheat, the soup is a unique combination of Nagoya's own murobushi (dried bonito flakes) and katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes) broth and umami-rich soy sauce, which gives the noodle its characteristic "kishimen" flavor. The addition of dried bonito flakes as an optional garnish gives the soup a rich, umami, and aromatic flavor.
■Gifu Tanmen
The pork broth has a rich garlic flavor! Gifu Tanmen is a famous chain restaurant with 23 branches in the Chukyo (Nagoya and Gifu) area. For the cup noodles, we paid special attention to the noodles, using thin, flat noodles with a crispy texture to make them more similar to those found in restaurants. The cup noodles are made with a thin, flat noodle that is crispy and has a texture similar to that of the restaurant's noodles, making it easy to enjoy the authentic taste of "Gifu Tanmen" at home.
■Soy Sauce Ramen
Kujira Shokudo has a store in Higashi Koganei, and its ramen using homemade handmade noodles with a chewy texture is very popular and has been included in ramen magazines such as Ramen Walker's Hall of Fame. It is popular among both men and women. The cup noodles are made with a combination of fresh soy sauce and refermented soy sauce to create a soup with a sharp taste and the full flavor of soy sauce. The richness of the soy sauce, the aroma of rich chicken oil, and the flavor of seafood permeate the soup, creating a flavor that you will never get tired of and will want to eat again and again.
