For those worried about oily foods! This tea is a health tea blended with selected ingredients (mulberry leaf, banaba leaf, guava leaf, and gymnema) to help those who like fatty foods. Please use it to support your daily rhythm and eating habits.
■Directions
Please adjust the amount of water according to your taste.
・Boiled in a kettle: Put 1 bag in about 700cc to 900cc of water, boil for at least 5 minutes, then allow to cool and enjoy. Remove the tea bag if the taste is too strong.
・Iced: After boiling the water as described above, pour it into a plastic bottle or a water pot, and cool it in the refrigerator before drinking.
・Cold brew: Put 1 bag in a pitcher, pour about 800cc of water into the pot, and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to overnight.
